what we work on together
1:1 Nutrition Counseling
I help women stop feeling guilty about food and actually enjoy eating again. Through personalized telehealth sessions, we’ll dig into what’s actually going on — the stress, the patterns, the emotions — and build something real together. No rigid rules. No perfection. Just practical, compassionate support at your own pace.
What sessions look like:
- Personalized to your life, not generic advice.
- Virtual appointments from wherever you are.
- A safe space to talk about the messy, real stuff.
- Compassionate, judgement-free support every step of the way.
- Grounded in intuitive eating principles and a weight-inclusive approach.
My approach:
I work from a weight-inclusive, non-diet framework integrating principles from intuitive eating, values-based behavior change, and compassionate story work. That means we focus on your relationship with food, your body, and your life — not a number on a scale. You get to define what “better” looks like for you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Do you believe in diets?
No. I work from a non-diet framework, which means we focus on your relationship with food rather than restriction or rules. Diets do not work long-term for most people — and if you’ve tried them, you already know that.
What if I want to lose weight?
Weight loss is not a goal we pursue together. I work from a weight-inclusive lens, which means your worth and health are not determined by your size. We focus on behaviors, relationships, and how you feel — not the scale.
What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive eating is a framework that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, ditch food rules, and make peace with eating. It’s not a diet — it’s the opposite of one.
What does “values-based behavior change” mean?
It means we look at what actually matters to you — your values, your life, your story — and use that as the foundation for change. Instead of following rules someone else made, you get to build a relationship with food that’s rooted in who you are and what you want your life to look like.
Do you take insurance?
At this time I am not in-network with insurance. However, I can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I also believe cost should not be a barrier to support — reach out to discuss payment options that work for you.
