A little about me…
Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition — and I help women who are exhausted from fighting their own bodies and their relationship with food. I know what it’s like to sit across from someone who has tried everything and still feels stuck. That’s exactly why I do this work.

When I’m not working…
I’m a wife, a homeschooling mom of two kiddos, and proud dog mom to a border terrier mix. You’ll find me somewhere in Texas on my porch swing with a book and a cup of coffee. I’ve lived all over — Mississippi, Alabama, New York, Virginia — and every place has shaped how I see people and their stories.
Why I go deeper than food…
I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe that food is never just about food. The way we eat is tied to how we feel, what we’ve been through, and the stories we tell ourselves. My nutrition work is informed by that understanding, and it’s what makes our work together different.
Credentials & Training

My approach in a nutshell…
I work from a weight-inclusive, non-diet framework integrating principles from intuitive eating, values-based behavior change, and compassionate story work. You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person with a story — and that story matters here.

I help women stop feeling guilty about food and actually enjoy eating again. If that sounds like what you need, I’d love to connect.
